Objective: Partner with a fast-growing SaaS restaurant technology company, to create their inaugural user conference and manage subsequent annual conferences.

Outcome: The Beyond4 inaugural event was a grand success featuring a multi-day conference at the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort and Club. The program capitalized on the luxury desert retreat vibes of the property and featured hosted activities for the 250+ attendees, an engaging program with industry thought leaders and outdoor evening networking events set against the backdrop of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The annual user conference remains the company's flagship event, attracting new and returning attendees every February.
