✨ Goal: Partner with a leading biotechnology company to bring the PRISM 2025 field marketing event series to life — culminating in events in San Francisco and Boston.


🌍 PRISM 2025 united the genomics community, customers, partners, and PacBio experts for two days of inspiring talks, networking, and innovation. Together, we explored the future of long- and short-read sequencing and strengthened relationships that will shape tomorrow’s research.


📍 Boston Highlights:

  • 225 attendees out of 255 registrants = 88% attendance rate (nearly double prior years’ averages).

  • 145 attendees | 27 speakers | 20 sponsors | 33 staff

  • Academic $0 registrations showed a 35% no-show rate (valuable insight for future planning).

📍 San Francisco Highlights:

  • 215 attendees out of 237 registrants = 91% attendance rate.

  • 131 attendees | 27 speakers | 21 sponsors | 36 staff

💡 Compared to historic averages (<50% attendance), this year’s series achieved record engagement and attendance, proving the power of intentional program design, relationship-driven marketing, and a vibrant community.
