Objective: Building Brand Recognition  

In Partnership with Dell and Intel, we created a hospitality experience that would foster client relationships and build brand recognition while introducing the latest technology releases. The theme for the Formula weekend was “The Fastest Cars paired with the Fastest Processors” 


Outcome: Positioning for a Powerful Partnership 

A comprehensive turnkey solution F1 sponsorship was designed and executed. Program elements included branded communications, registration, transportation, catering, gifting, driver meet-and-greet sessions, and VIP access to evening concerts.

Located at the prestigious Circuit Of The Americas (COTA) track in Austin, TX, the attendees had premium ticket placements that included a white glove hospitality experience.

A suite of digital assets, including a branded registration website, save-the-date announcements, and other promotional content, was crafted to facilitate event promotion. Additionally, opportunities for ride-alongs with F1 drivers were coordinated for interested participants. This was just one example many successful high-impact hospitality initiatives executed for Dell and Intel. Other managed programs have included activations at the Final Four, Superbowl, and ACL, among others.
